Propel America helps recent high school graduates (aged 18-24) move into a career and higher education, assisting them in building a clear path to upward mobility through connecting high schools, job-training organizations, colleges, and employers.
Provided project management for the strategic development of Propel pathway content intended to educate prospective Fellows on the application process and overall program experience.
Developed a project-specific rubric and facilitated content review sessions with internal stakeholders to align on the content direction.
