Supported alumni content migration from microsite to main organization website. This project included content management, editing, and project management.

Developed digital marketing plan for bipartisan Voices for National Service 2019 Friends of National Service Awards event celebrating champions of nation service, including members of Congress. Co-led live social media command center in Washington D.C. for #FriendsofService.

Conducted interviews and coordinated creative direction for three consecutive alumni profiles for City Year’s annual report.

Regularly conducted internal and external interviews to develop lead generating content for organization and partner blogs.

Cultivated and maintained portfolio of national education and youth development marketing and communication thought partners including affiliates from The Peace Corps, The Corporation for National and Community Service, America's Promise Alliance, Attendance Works, Education Nation/NBC News, Teach for America.

Regularly developed strategic communication plans for national digital engagement activation campaigns including MLK Day of Service, Attendance Awareness Month, American Graduate Day and National Mentoring Month.

Regularly trained affiliate City Year regional marketing and communication site points and AmeriCorps members on communication and media best practices.

Served as liaison and lead project manager between national government relations team and communications team in support of AmeriCorps and national service external affairs.

Managed editorial calendar and Marketo email distribution for monthly organization newsletter delivered from City Year’s Office of the CEO.
