Silver Lining Mentoring empowers youth in foster care to thrive through committed mentoring relationships and the development of essential life skills. We are one of only a few mentoring organizations in the country exclusively focused on youth impacted by foster care.

I provide ongoing targeted strategic support in collaboration with youth mentoring programs across the nation as a National Mentoring Resource Center Technical Assistance Consultant with Silver Lining Mentoring, helping to address individual needs and improve their implementation of specific mentoring practices.

In 2023, I managed the social media command center for the annual Match Gala, which raised funds to support the organization’s mentoring matches and ongoing recruitment.

I also developed a social media toolkit to promote The Shultz Foundation’s video featuring mentoring match, Borias and Paul. In this video, they shared their journey of friendship and connection.
